If you wish to apply for rematriculation, please read the below instructions carefully and follow the steps one by one.

  1. Please submit the Google Form: **https://forms.gle/EroZG6fyaWThyC2Y8**
    1. If you extend your leave after military leave, your graduation term will be reverted to your returning semester even if you submit the certificate of military service.
    2. You must submit the Certificate of Military or Certificate of Career (in English) to maintain your original requirement term. Documents must include your official discharge date.
  2. Book an appointment with your coordinator here. This meeting is mandatory.
  3. Pay $50.00 on “Solar” after a few days of your meeting with the CS coordinator.
    1. Solar > Account Information/Payment > What Do I Owe?
    2. A non-refundable $50.00 rematriculation fee will be posted to your student account at the time of processing this request
